To return a product, please contact our customer support team at skysportsfc@gmail.comOur team will arrange a return pickup for your product. Once the item has been collected and verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
For all returns, including products received in a damaged condition, the following conditions apply:
•Customers must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
•Images or videos of the product must be shared, showing the defect clearly in full view.
•Images of the packaging with the shipping label visible must be submitted.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after processing. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can share their bank account details or UPI ID to receive the refund securely.
